I would give zero stars if I could. Went last Sunday and I paid for a medium tier car wash that included on the sign rim cleaner, mentioned the rims to the girl I left my car with and was charged an extra 4 or 5 dollars for it. Then was charged extra for an SUV so my 32 dollar or whatever it was car wash was now over 40. My car came out filthy, still having spots on my side view mirrors and a few other places that had bird dropping marks. Once I found the guy on the drying end who spoke English to mention how filthy the rims were, had to ask a few more times before they actually got cleaned. Today I went into the back of my car behind the drivers seat and noticed that it hadn't been vacuumed and had about a cup of dirt in the back mat (which I was told mats were taken out and cleaned). This finally set me off and I called. I know I should have looked on Sunday but after all the babysitting I had to do with the wheels that no-one could manage to pay any attention to even though I paid extra for them, I didn't have any more time to wait. I was told bring it by today which I couldn't as I have a family affair to attend and live in dix hills. I was told they wouldn't fix it past the weekend and I just said no thanks and hung up. I dont even want another wash or my money at this point. On principle alone i just want someone to admit that the same care is not taken on every vehicle that comes through. My point is, if you are not one of the regulars here that they know by name, they will not pay any mind to your car. Save your money and throw soap on it when it rains, it will cost a lot less and have better results.
They usually do a good job on my car. However, I will say that when you go at "off" times, the guys spend more time cleaning your car. Bonus!
Seems expensive for the attitude and uninviting waiting area. (Buy some new chairs...) The lady at the drive-up is especially rude, seeming to rush me when I was the only customer in line. The detail guys seem fine tho. Just much better choices around!
Only car wash I use besides doing it myself. Well worth the trip and cost.
