It is not clear or present. I don't see it.

Service people were nice and polite but unprofessional.

There isn't any coordination, direction, or clear leadership.

Terrible experience...I took my daughter out for dinner, very disappointing.

The food was good, but it is so expensive. The service was fairly good. The restaurant is very loud. But seriously, we ordered 2 glasses of wine, 6 oysters, edamame, 2 sushi rolls and one entree. The bill was $165 with tip. I don't think I'll go back there. Tons of fantastic restaurants in the area that are less pricey. I do not think this place is fabulous enough to spend that much money. I remind you- 2 drinks, not 10!

The food was just okay. We tried 4 different starters, a variety of the main dishes and dessert. Nothing stood out as great or even delicious for that matter. Not one of us would go back for any of the food that was served to us.

The service was extremely slow. I order a steak medium. After waiting for over 40 minutes the steak came out dry and well done. I returned it waited 20 minutes more no sign of our waitress for the new order to come out. The manager noticed I was getting annoyed and came to the table to tell that they were just finishing it up. I was done I told him to keep it and asked for my check. We will not be going there again!

Be your own judge, experience your own meal and taste your own drinks and lobster. Life is meant to be lived. Meals are meant to be shared. Figure out how you can make them count and make the most out of them. For without family and food, what is life?

But where is the charm? Where is the extra mile? Where is the service and professionalism of a restaurant striving for 5 of 5 stars

The decor is nice, the place is clean, the food is good, on par with 2017 New York and what you think it would be.

There is uniformity, in their uniforms, kind of.

5 of 5 stars should be that good of an culinary experience plus service, service where there is attention to detail and service that makes you feel looked after and important.

Empty plates were ignored and were originally slow to come.

5 stars shouldn't be given lightly

4 of 5 stars should be given when the food is delicious, a little mysterious and leaves you wanting more.

It's a scene, a cool place to be and maybe the people here don't know any better but their money should go further. My money should go further. Good place to eat on a Friday night but for the money and for the effort, next Friday I will try another place, territory new.

Long Island is filled with so many beautiful and outstanding restaurants. H2O is definitely NOT one of them.

The service was even worse, bordering on awful. We felt neglected. It was a Sunday night and there was definitely customers there but it wasn't crowded and there were many empty tables. For example, we ordered a second round of drinks when our starters came. Still didn't get them when we finished the starters. Not even a refill of our water. After bringing it to our waitress attention, she said that there's was a mix up and didn't remember us ordering additional drinks. Those drinks didn't arrive until after we were almost finished with our main dish. Also, a few of us ordered side dishes with our meal. They did not arrive until we were done eating. The service was a mess.

My cousin dropped his chop stick, it was kicked 3 times and never picked up.

H20 is an excellent seafood and sushi restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The service is attentive and not rushed. Drinks, wine and beer are very good. The sushi is a cut above and well prepared. The is a nice selection of seasonal seafood. There is an outside area for dining with open fireplace. We dine there with some frequency and always enjoy the experience.

Our family and a guest decided to give H2O a try. We had high expectations based in the appearance of the establishment and, to be honest, the cost of the food. Sadly, we were disappointed.
